Why Choose CASC Fall League?

School-Friendly: Our program is specifically designed so Junior High athletes (Grade 9 and below) can play school volleyball and CASC fall league simultaneously.

The “Level System”: We group athletes by skill (Levels 1–8) rather than just age, ensuring a developmental environment that is never too easy or too intimidating.

Professional Format: Weekly training sessions plus Saturday gameplay (Levels 3+) focused on maximum touches and court awareness.

No “Cuts”: Our placement tryouts are designed to find the right level for you, not to send you home. (Beginners in Level 1–2 can skip tryouts entirely!)

Goals, Values and Code of Conduct

Our vision and values for CASC

At CASC, our mission is to nurture and develop the athletic potential of every person, regardless of their starting point. We believe that sports are not just about competition, but about building character, discipline, and a lifelong love of health and physical activity.

Our Code of Conduct for all CASC Officials, Volunteers, Staff and Coaches is available here:
Code of Conduct

Tiered Progression for Youth Programs

Our tiered progression system evaluates each athlete’s base athletic stats and sport-specific skills. This allows us to group players at each level and provide an environment where each player can thrive.

Professional Coaching & Development

Our goal at CASC is to provide top-quality coaching and development opportunities to each athlete. Whether you want to become a professional athlete, or just play for fun, CASC is there to support you.
